Basic Stay

Our simplest and best-value option.

Shared accommodation where participants sleep on the floor and bring their own sleeping mat or air mattress, sleeping bag and pillow.

A shared dormitory with bunk beds where the team can stay together for the whole tournament weekend.

Would parents, siblings or other supporters like to come along? Through our partnerships with hotels and guesthouses in the area we can offer favourable supporter rates for the tournament weekend.

Book the accommodation through NEXTGEN to get our agreed rates and a place close to the venue. Tell us when you register, or contact us, and we will take it from there.

Booking accommodation

Accommodation is chosen at registration

Accommodation packages are chosen when you register your team. The number of places is limited and the booking is confirmed only once Nextgen has confirmed it.

Please note that there is a limited number of twin rooms, and even if you have chosen Comfort Stay you are not guaranteed that package. Once we have confirmed your registration, an invoice is sent to the e-mail address you gave us, with 10 days to pay.

Terms

Insurance, cancellation & the small print

The participant fee per bed includes accommodation during the tournament days and meals according to the tournament's programme. Any additional activities are clearly stated for each tournament. The registration fee per team covers matches, referees, prizes and officials.
All participants must be insured through their club or federation. NextGen Cuper is not liable for personal injury or lost belongings, but always has medical staff and officials on site throughout the tournament.
If we have to cancel a tournament (for example because too few teams have registered, or by decision of the authorities), the full registration and participant fees are refunded. We will tell you as early as we possibly can.
Cancellation before the registration deadline is free of charge. After that, the participant fee for accommodation and meals is refunded up to four weeks before the tournament, while the registration fee per team is not refunded. Individual beds can be adjusted up to four weeks before the tournament starts.
